Joshua Freund is a Senior Benefits Manager at Genentech/Roche focusing on healthcare innovation, data analytics and mental health programs.  Prior to joining Genentech Josh spent 8 years at Jazz Pharmaceuticals building a long term healthcare strategy that prioritized access to early intervention and preventive programs as a way to improve the employee healthcare experience and to control costs to employees and to the organization.  Josh is extremely passionate about ensuring the healthcare system works to improve the health of the people it serves.  Josh graduated with a degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Redlands.  When he isn't spending time thinking about where healthcare is going in the future he's hanging with his wife and kids or out hiking through the wilderness.
