Josh Tippin is Vice President of Energy and Fuel services for Penske Transportation Solutions. In this capacity, his duties include overseeing the fuels and energy departments, and consulting on related strategies that support current and future customer needs.

Prior to joining the company in 2021, Tippin was most recently Vice President of Sales and Supply for Ports Petroleum Company. He was also the Quick Fuel Business Manager for Flyers Energy.

For nearly ten years he held a variety of roles for Jacobus Energy/Quick Fuel Fleet Services, which included: Director of automated facilities, National Sales Manager and National Brand Manager for automated facilities. Tippin also worked in financial services for Flying J/TAB , where he started his fuel career 2004.

He is a member of the Society of Independent Gas Marketers and an Advisory Board Member for Transportation Energy Institute. Tippin was awarded a Bachelor’s degree in Management and holds a Master’s degree in Sociology.
