Judith “Judi” Brown is the Director of Health & Group Benefits for Stanley Black & Decker, Inc.  Her career spans over 20 years in various HR roles, with the last dozen or so dedicated to managing health and welfare benefits for global Fortune 500 companies, primarily focused on US benefits.  Recognized for her expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions by her employers, she has broad experience with all facets of health and welfare benefits, including vendor management, leave and benefits outsourcing administration, voluntary and executive benefits, and much more.  She currently serves as President for the Connecticut Business Group on Health.

Judi holds a Master of Music in Opera Performance from the University of Hartford.   She also holds the designations of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS).  Originally from Texas, she is proud to call Connecticut home for the past few decades and lives with her husband, his cat, and their daughter.
