Julia Austin is VP, Total Rewards Consultant for Baird, an international financial services firm. In this role, Julia is responsible for retirement, leave of absence management, workers’ compensation, and voluntary benefits. Her purpose is to design, market and educate associates on firm benefits with the goal of supporting associate financial security and work-life balance.

Prior to her current role, Julia has spent over 15 years in various roles in HR that support the employee life-cycle, including benefits, recruiting, performance management and leadership development.
