Julia Bryan

Julia Bryan has served as the Benefits and Compensation Manager for Subaru of Indiana Automotive, Inc. in Lafayette, Indiana since January 2019. In her role, she oversees the benefits, compensation, payroll and employee health initiatives for 6,000 Subaru associates. Julia graduated from Purdue University and has worked in a variety of Human Resources roles ranging from benefits consulting to employee relations, and everything in between. Her human resources experience spans across industries as well, with over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry and 10 years in the manufacturing industry. Julia’s true passion is developing programs that encompass a holistic approach to total employee health.
