In her role as program director, Juliana is responsible for overseeing business integration and program delivery for individuals and small groups. This primarily focuses on our Professional Development Course offerings at Walt Disney World® Resort and Disneyland® Resort.

Prior to her role with Disney Institute Juliana worked as a Marketing and Business Development professional at The Walt Disney Company (TWDC), leading a variety of marketing and promotional campaigns, as well as driving the strategic direction for Partners Financial Education program.

Juliana also held the role of Director of Marketing and Business Development for the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando (HCCMO) where she developed and lead the organization’s marketing strategy and creative development aimed at increasing membership and creating awareness and engagement of businesses within the Hispanic Community of Central Florida.

Juliana holds a BA from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Stetson University.
