Julie Binder

Julie Binder is the Senior Vice President of Communications at Maven Clinic where she is responsible for evangelizing its mission and building Maven’s leadership position in women’s and family health. A member of the Maven executive team since October 2019, Julie has helped the fast-growing digital health startup scale beyond a $1 billion valuation, and execute against its innovation strategy while exponentially growing revenue and attracting world-class talent to the team. Prior to joining Maven, Julie advised several of the fastest-growing technology companies in New York City on the development of their mission, vision, and values, and communications strategies designed specifically for scaling startups. She was an early employee at Compass, the real estate technology company, and was responsible for building and leading the communications strategy and team during a period of hyper-growth. Julie began her career at a global PR agency building award-winning integrated marketing and communications campaigns, and has been honored by PR Week as one its 40 Under 40. She earned her BA with distinction from Barnard College. Julie is raising the next generation of strong women as the mother of two young girls. She and her family reside in Brooklyn, New York.
