She is a trusted lead adviser to global businesses with over 25 years’ experience advising on all aspects of senior executive remuneration including reward strategy, incentive design and implementation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and investor consultations.

She brings a commercial and pragmatic approach to navigating complex issues and developing tailored solutions. She provides strategic guidance, input into critical judgement areas and insights on ensuring remuneration and incentive plans are appropriately aligned with business and talent strategy.

She has extensive experience of supporting business with the reward and management incentive aspects of transactions including mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.

Her clients include a range of listed UK and international companies, as well as privately owned and private equity backed business.
