Junice is a senior executive specialised in corporate sustainability in Asia with 20 years of public and private sector experience in China and Southeast Asia.

As Executive Director of Eco-Business, she leads teams across Asia in providing news and intelligence on ESG developments. She also heads up ESG Intelligence, which delivers research, advisory and training to clients.

She was previously Director for Southeast Asia at global sustainability management consulting firm – Corporate Citizenship. A GRI-certified trainer (2015 - 2018), CFA Level 4 holder on ESG Investing and FSA Level II candidate for SASB Standards, she is a regular facilitator and speaker on key environment and social issues for organizations. She regularly delivers board briefings on regulatory developments, ESG strategy and integration, sustainable finance.

Junice is also mentor to mid-level professionals across financial and non-financial sectors. She is an advisory member of the AIRBUS STAR programme, as well as EPD Southeast Asia for environmental lifecycle reporting.

She has two decades of private and public sector experience in China and Southeast Asia. She previously served in trade, tourism and investment functions at the Embassy of Switzerland, and Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City. She has also led in global and regional brand communications efforts for the Singapore Tourism Board and at the French multinational, Danone.
