Justin Schaneman

Justin is currently Whole Food Market’s Principal Benefits Analyst and business lead for the Whole Health Plan, building on a long career as a benefits and analytic consultant for large employers across the United States. During that cstrategy areer, Justin has spent the last two decades helping employers with their health plan and human capital with particular focus on plan design and data-based decision making. Justin has also spent a significant part of his career analyzing how different benefits connect to each other and their combined impact on outcomes for both employers and employees.
