Justin serves as Director, Corporate Development-Integration at Google. In this role he is responsible for integrating acquisitions and helping to accelerate new business ventures at Google/Alphabet. He has been involved in managing integrations, joint ventures, divestitures and other new business incubation activities since 1999 and has served on both the McKinsey Integration Council and the Conference Board Council for Integration Executives. Prior to joining Google in 2012, he was Vice President, Corporate Development at Healthways (2006-2012) and Director of M&A Integration at Intel Capital and other capacities (1984-2006). He has an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
