Kahina Hadjaz is the Pharma Franchise Quality Vice President at B. Braun Medical Inc. Her responsibilities include overseeing the quality and compliance programs for the company’s pharmaceutical franchise. As the executive leader of the B. Braun Women’s Employee Resource Group, Kahina is an advocate for gender equality and champion of programs that support the professional development of women in the workforce.

Kahina joined B. Braun in 2018 as Director of Quality. Prior to B. Braun, she worked at Teva Parenteral Medicines, Inc. for 14 years, holding several roles in Quality Control and Quality Assurance. Kahina holds an Engineering Degree in Industrial Chemistry from the Algerian Institute of Petroleum, and a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Analytical Chemistry from the University of Algiers.

Prior to moving to the United States in 2001, Kahina lived in Africa (Algeria) and Europe (Spain). She and her husband have three sons, a 17-year-old and 16-year-old twins. Cooking is Kahina’s hobby and stress reliever. She cooks her meals from scratch every day. She also loves Yoga and practices it daily.
