Experience and Specialization

Kara is a Director, Health, Equity & Wellbeing, based in the WTW Chicago office. Her focus is to provide strategic consulting on health management initiatives, vendor programs, program design and overall vendor management. Kara has also led work groups to develop intellectual capital and shape WTW’s point of view on metabolic syndrome and diabetes.

Kara is the National Practice Leader for the Employer Sponsored Health Center consulting team. She has worked with a variety of clients in their initiatives in onsite/near-site/virtual health, including development of program strategy and design, feasibility and business case modeling, RFP issuance and procurement, implementation support, audits and assessments and ROI measurement.

Prior to joining WTW, Kara was a Population Health Consultant serving in a consultative role with clients of all sizes and industries. She advised on best practices and assisted clients in developing strategies in order to meet their health management goals.

Education and Credentials

Kara received her Masters of Public Health (MPH) degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and her Bachelor’s degrees in Health Promotion and Health and Fitness from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN.
