Karen Anderson is the Director, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Edgewell Personal Care where she is responsible for developing, executing and sustaining the DEI program.

She works closely with Executive Leadership, cross-functional partners, and Teammate Resource Groups to ensure DEI strategy reflects the company’s purpose, values, and behaviors. Karen deploys strategic initiatives to see that DEI is embedded in Edgewell’s culture. Karen is a passionate leader who brings more than two decades of Human Resources experience to the role.

Karen joined Edgewell in 2015 as a Senior Manager, Talent Management and then moved into an HR Business Partner role. Before being named Director of DEI in January 2021, Karen worked closely with Edgewell’s leadership team and key HR leaders to set priorities and advocate for DEI initiatives.

Karen earned a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Sacred Heart University.
