Karen currently oversees all Benefits and Wellbeing programs at Gong. She is a strategic benefits leader with a career spanning both as a consultant and now an in-house HR benefits professional specializing in Health & Welfare plans, Retirement, Leave of Absence management, and Wellness + Perks programs with a focus on creating the best employee experiences.

Prior to joining Gong, she championed employee benefits at Lyft and Lionsgate, as well as supervised an Employee Benefits team at HMDB (acquired by HUB International). Her dedication to creating an environment that supports employees' overall wellbeing is evident in the programs she has implemented at each of these organizations at both the pre-IPO and publicly traded stages of growth.
