Karen McCrarey is a senior benefits executive at Bank of America in the Global Human Resources organization. In this capacity, she responsible for strategic planning under the Physical Wellbeing portfolio, including Bank of America’s medical, dental and vision plans and several other health and insurance programs. 

Karen partners across the Enterprise to ensure the benefits and programs being offered to Bank of America teammates supports them at every stage of their life and career.

Karen has been with Bank of America for over 20 years.   She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior from the Westminster College.
