Areas of specialization include employer brand, preemployment assessment, executive search, university relations, vendor management, and data & analytics. Over the course of his career, he has participated in numerous executive education programs, including Duke University’s “Leading Across Boundaries,” Harvard Business School’s “Leading Change and Organizational Renewal,” University of Pennsylvania Wharton Business School’s “Financial Management Principles,” as well as Lominger’s “Excelerator Executive Coaching Program.” For many years, he was an active member of Talent Acquisition Councils of The Conference Board and has a passion for identifying opportunities for HR and TA leaders to improve functional and team performance. He has a BA in history from Colgate University and resides in Southborough, MA.
