Kate Fulton is a seasoned operations executive currently serving as the Head of Operations for the Division of Supervision & Regulation at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors in Washington, D.C.

In this role, Kate is responsible for setting and overseeing the strategic direction and execution of the Federal Reserve System Supervision operations, including information technology, human capital management and capacity development, culture and communications, and financial planning and reporting. 

Kate’s experience and leadership has been focused on development and delivery of business solutions and services that drive the organization’s mission objectives forward, are timely, fiscally responsible, aligned with the organization’s values, and provide outstanding client service.

Prior to joining the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, Kate held a number of senior executive roles with United States financial regulatory agencies, including Chief Operating Officer at the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) and Chief Operating Officer at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Early in her career, Kate spent time as an attorney at the Department of Homeland Security and in private practice.

Kate holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland.
