Kate Georgiades

Kate currently leads Employee Experience for TE Connectivity. Kate has led Organization, Culture, and Behavior Change for much of her 20+ year career in large multinational organizations. Kate's approach to change is based in empathy, understanding, and storytelling. Originally from the UK, Kate has lived in New Jersey for the last 9 years with her husband, and rescue Labrador Ella in whom she has been able to instill absolutely no behavior change whatsoever.
