Dr. Katherine Gibbard, PhD is a Research Scientist on SAP SuccessFactors’ Market Insights and Customer Engagement team. She partners with business leaders and customers to conduct applied mixed-method research on workforce psychology topics such as skills-based HR practices, employee experience, AI and HR trends in support of SAP SuccessFactors’ growth strategy. She regularly presents at customer events and leading academic conferences, with 22 published papers and peer-reviewed conference proceedings. Katherine holds a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph.
