Kathleen’s career spans 30 years working at leading global healthcare companies, including UnitedHealthcare National Accounts and Optum, the latter where her leadership as VP of Client Success helped to double business growth while retaining 95% of its client base. At DayTwo, Kathleen’s ambition is to dramatically scale the business, revolutionize how the company is viewed in the market, and strategically help our clients.   

Kathleen is also actively involved in CHIEF, a private network designed specifically for women executive leaders, and Women Business Leaders (WBL) in Healthcare, helping other women through mentoring and networking.
