Kathleen is the Head of People at Level Inc., a technology platform which simplifies how people pay for and use their employer-provided benefits. Prior to Level, Kathleen was the founder of Cornfield Point Consulting, LLC, which focused on HR, employee benefits, and healthcare digital innovation. Before starting her own consulting firm, Kathleen spent more than 10 years as Vice President of Benefits for Time Warner Inc. In her role at Time Warner she defined, implemented, and evolved the Company’s health and welfare, retirement, and wellness strategies globally, including streamlining the Company’s benefit programs across all business units. While at Time Warner Inc., she served as Benefits Officer, Chair of the Compensation and Benefits Council and Trustee of the UK Pension Plan. Kathleen has been recognized as an industry leader in her creative approach to designing and delivering leading-edge wellbeing and benefit programs. By prioritizing family-friendly policies, such as bonding leave, surrogacy reimbursement, and egg freezing reimbursement, she has been essential to creating inclusive cultures and attracting and retaining top talent. Kathleen is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Northeast Business Group on Health where she serves on the Investment Committee. Kathleen holds a B.S.P.H. degree from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University Bloomington and an M.P.H. from Yale University’s School of Public Health. She also holds a certificate in Nonprofit Management and Leadership: Strategies for Organizational Success Program from Harvard Kennedy School of Executive Education.
