Prior to her current role asHead of People at Level, Kathleen was Vice President of Global Benefits at Time Warner Inc., now Warner Bros. Discovery, in New York for over ten years. In 2020, Kathleen founded Cornfield Point Consulting, LLC, a boutique firm specializing in human resources, employee benefits, and healthcare innovation. Kathleen provided expert consulting and advisory services to clients and investors quickly growing the business over a 2 year period. She began her career as a consultant at Towers Perrin and Watson Wyatt, now Willis Towers Watson.
