Kathryn Neel

Kathryn Neel is a Managing Director with Semler Brossy Consulting Group and leads the firm’s New York office. For over a decade, she has served as an advisor to Board compensation committees and senior management teams on executive and non-employee director pay. Kathryn partners with clients to develop effective compensation programs that support the company’s strategic and human resources objectives and align with long-term interests of the company and its shareholders. Kathryn’s experience extends across a wide range of industries from consumer products to financial services, as well as both publicly and privately held companies. Kathryn is an active participant in industry forums and publications, including Corporate Board Member, Directors & Boards, Directorship, Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance, and World at Work. She has previous work experience as a CPA with Ernst & Young LLP.
