Kathy leads BNY Mellon’s corporate compensation team. She is responsible for leading a team to develop, drive and manage the company's compensation strategy, frameworks and infrastructure, including processes, systems, reporting and communications.

Before joining BNY Mellon in 2023, Kathy has held compensation positions, including Head of Executive Compensation and Global Recognition at American Express, Global Compensation Manager at Christie’s and was a Compensation Consultant at Mercer working with global companies across a number of industries on delivering executive and broader compensation solutions and recommendations.

Kathy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Management from the Manchester Business School and a Masters in Human Resources. Originally from the UK, Kathy currently resides in New York.
