Kati Stratos serves as the Executive Director and Head of Data for Total Rewards at Comcast NBCUniversal. In this role, she leads overall data strategy as well as data architecture, privacy and strategic analytics related to employee benefits and compensation. Prior to joining Total Rewards in 2021, Kati built and led data teams across Comcast, including in Government Affairs, Local Media, and Corporate Administration. Before Comcast, Kati was a leader in local government, most recently managing school improvement research for the Philadelphia School District, where her work informed local, state and federal education policy. Kati has a Masters in Public Policy from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from James Madison University.
