Katie oversees the strategic benefit planning, retirement plans, and employee wellness programs of NetJets, a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary. As the worldwide leader in private aviation, NetJets owns, maintains, and operates the largest and most diverse private jet fleet in the world. With an employee population including pilots, flight attendants, mechanics, and corporate support, Katie has worked to integrate wellness and expand flexibility and choice to meet the unique needs of a broad workforce. Prior to joining NetJets in 2018, Katie spent over a decade in the retail sector where she gained vast knowledge of the rules and regulations of the Affordable Care Act and managing variable hour associates. Katie serves as a member on the Benefitfocus Consumer Advisory Board and the Healthy Business Council of Ohio.
