Katie Plotkin is Chief of US Member Development and Member of the Executive Committee at The Conference Board. Plotkin is responsible for guiding commercial strategy in North America. Plotkin manages sales, Member engagement, account management, sponsorship, and customer service teams who represent corporate Membership in The Conference Board to all segments in the US. Plotkin has been with The Conference Board for over 20 years and has experience in business development, account management, program and product development, event planning & execution, and creation of the ultimate customer experience.

She is highly experienced in creating and nurturing high-performing teams; exceeding revenue goals; and driving operational efficiencies, change, and innovation. Plotkin has launched over 60 Councils, spanning from initial product development to sales and sustains these groups with operational excellence and expansion of strong, sustainable peer networks.

Plotkin received a BA in History from Manhattan College in 1998 and is an active member of her community, holding a board position with the Holy Rosary Catholic Youth Organization.
