Keith D. Jackson is Chief Human Resource Officer for AT&T Mexico and AT&T International. He is responsible for managing HR functions for AT&T Mexico, AT&T International and support of the CEO of AT&T Latin America and Global Marketing organization.

Jackson joined BellSouth in 1989 as a premise sales representative in Orlando for BellSouth Advertising & Publishing Corporation (BAPCO), the directory publishing and Yellow Pages sales division for BellSouth. He worked his way up the Sales Management ladder ultimately becoming Regional Vice President-Sales in South Florida 1999.

In 2002, Jackson became the executive director – Human Resources for BellSouth’s Domestic Operations. In 2006, Jackson was responsible for merger integration planning for the AT&T, BellSouth and Cingular Merger. In 2007 Jackson relocated to San Antonio, Texas, to become the Vice President-Human Resources Compensation and Human Resources Operations. In 2008 became the Vice President-Training where he managed the training organization for Wireline and Wireless Operations for ATT. Next Jackson held the position of Vice President Strategic HR Partner supporting Consumer and Mobility Channels (Sales, Service and Operations) along with the Business and International organizations.

Over the past 3 years, Jackson has held the position of Chief Human Resource Officer for AT&T LATAM, supporting Vrio and AT&T Mexico.

Jackson received his bachelor’s degree in management from Georgia Tech, along with certificates in Economics and History. He was a participant in the British Studies Program at London University and Queens College in Oxford. He also earned a master’s degree in Business Administration and a graduate certificate of specialization in International Business from Nova Southeastern University.

Jackson external leadership roles:

  • Board of Director for the Beta Psi Foundation. A non-for-profit collegiate scholarship and leadership organization for Georgia Tech students.
  • Advisory Board Member of the Scheller Business School at Georgia Tech
  • Georgia Tech Industry Advisory Board for the MS Analytics program
  • Member of the Atlanta Federal Reserve Regional Economic Information Network (REIN)
  • Member of the Conference Board’s Senior Human Resource Council.
