Kelly is the Founder and Managing Director of Peony Consulting Services specialized in a broad range of management advisory services including corporate governance, risk management and business process re-engineering.

Previously Kelly held several finance leadership roles in her 25 years career with an international accounting firm and various multinational companies. Her most recent position was the Finance Director of a subsidiary of LVMH group for over 10 years. Prior to that she was the Head of Finance & Administration with Heineken and senior management with Deloitte in both US and Hong Kong. She is a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

During her tenure with Deloitte, Kelly had built solid skills and knowledge in professional services including statutory & internal audit, due diligence, as well as management best practices across dozens of industries covering manufacturing, property development, technology and consumer products in the US, China, Hong Kong and various countries in Asia Pacific. She later moved on to the corporate world with Heineken and LVMH groups, where she was instrumental in building and driving financial and business support capabilities at both strategic and operational levels, in terms of business planning, accounting & finance, supply chain, customer services, ICT as well as human capital management.

Embracing her fulfilling experiences from professional firm to boardrooms and from being a learner to a humble leader in her expertise, Kelly strives to contribute her knowledge to a wider community at large. She serves on a number of accounting and business associations as well as government advisory boards, educational institutions and non-profit making organizations in the past two decades.

Kelly was the President of ACCA Hong Kong in 2008-2009 and served the council for almost 10 years since 2000. She is also the Vice President of the Association of Women Accountants (AWA) where she serves as a council member since 2006.

In terms of honorary appointments from the government and community services, Kelly serves the board/council of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the Education Commission, Harbourfront Commission, Hong Kong Repertory Theatre and Quality Education Fund Steering Committee. She was previously board/council member of the Advisory Committee on Arts Development, Inland Revenue, Buddhist Hospital, Rehabaid Centre and Ocean Park Hong Kong. She was the Chairman of Ocean Park’s Audit Committee in 2015-2016. Since 2002, she serves as board member of the Rehabaid Society and was the Chairman in 2012-2015. She also chaired community services sub-committees of various organizations including ACCA and AWA’s.

On top of her professional and community services, Kelly continues to pursue her personal interests in the areas of painting, tennis, golf and traveling.
