Kelly is a dynamic leader with over 30 years of experience in leadership, consulting and HR. She excels in cultivating enduring client relationships and devising impactful solutions that enhance client outcomes.

In her current role as the SVP, Client Success she leads a team of 20 Client Success professionals whose goal is to ensure that every client and their employees have the right resources, information and training to fulfill our mission to make a lasting and positive impact on lives of families through every stage of life.  Her and her team act as the connectors and subject matter experts to WIN’s comprehensive suite of solutions.

Previously, Kelly held roles as the Senior Director, Client Success for Collective Health and Partner at Mercer, where she led their Health Practice in the Mountain States.

Kelly received her Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Pace University. She lives in Arizona with her husband but you can often find her in Colorado visiting her daughter and grandkids. She enjoys all things nature especially exploring roads less traveled.
