Kelly Wojda Vice President of Learning & Development for Caterpillar Kelly leads the Global Learning & Development Center of Excellence at Caterpillar. This group includes leadership development; professional skill building and organizational development; learning data analytics, technology, and system administration; and employee experience and assessment programs. She has 32 years with the company, including the last five in this role and the prior three as Director of Talent and Diversity, serving under two CHROs. Her HR career also included responsibility for Caterpillar’s electric power business as HR manager and for the Singapore HR team as shared services regional leader. In her early career, she had roles in accounting, market research, media relations, and employee communications. As mom of a high school senior son and wife of a photo workshop instructor, she and her family like exploring, close to home and around the world.
