Kenya Jacobs, CCP, SHRM-CP, PHR is the Director of Total Rewards for IKEA - US, a multinational furniture retail company. Kenya is a change leader known for designing and implementing innovative total reward programs to attract, motivate and retain talent while maximizing organizational effectiveness. Kenya previously served as the Board Vice President for Wings for Success, a non-profit organization that empowers women in need to pursue employment and economic security through apparel, advice, and advocacy. Kenya earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simmons University and a Master of Leadership Development from The Pennsylvania State University.
