Kevin Sweeney has more than 25 years of global experience in a variety of industries in the Executive Compensation, broad Total Rewards and general Human Resources fields. He has specialized in all aspects of Executive Compensation for publicly listed companies in the UK, Australia and the US. He also has Human Resources experience in large scale M&A transactions, including preparing the compensation, benefits and people agenda for an IPO.

Kevin currently leads the global compensation team at Colgate-Palmolive, based at their head office in New York City.

Kevin received his B.A. (Hons) in Economics from University of Strathclyde – Glasgow, UK and his MSc. Information Technology from the Strathclyde Graduate Business School – University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK.
