Kevin Swiss is currently a Mergers & Acquisition executive with IBM Corporation responsible for integration and execution of acquisitions, partnerships, and minority interests.  He has worked on over 75 M&A deals in his 20 years of experience at IBM, focusing on realizing synergy and value creation through inorganic investment opportunities – putting him at the intersection of go-to-market strategy and change management.  Mr. Swiss has also held management and executive positions across business development and sales with IBM.

Prior to joining IBM, Mr. Swiss was Assistant Vice President at Chase Manhattan Bank holding various positions within institutional securities and retail banking.  He is a graduate of Fairfield University with a BS degree in Finance and holds a MS degree in Global Management from ASU Thunderbird School of Global Management.
