Kevin Tamanini is an industrial/organizational psychologist who leads DDI's consulting team to deliver innovative solutions for selection, leadership development, succession management, coaching, and development planning. He works with large-scale clients around the world and across industries to implement talent systems ranging from aspiring leaders to the C-suite. He also spent several years working in DDI's product development group where he created assessments, feedback, and coaching tools.
