Kim Beck leads global wellbeing at Labcorp. In this role, she is passionate about executing the company’s mission to improve health and lives for more than 67,000 employees and their families across the globe.  In her 28-year tenure with Labcorp, she has become a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights to shape industry practices and policies. Kim has earned several honors including Labcorp’s prestigious Chairman’s Award and has led the design of unique programs such as PeopleCare (Benefits Advocacy), Best You wellbeing programs, customized chronic condition management programs and communications to drive improved population health. Kim is also honored to serve on 5 Client Advisory Boards and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys travelling with her family, playing pickleball, and staying active to keep her mind, body and soul energized.
