Kim Escovedo

Kim Escovedo is an HR executive with more than 25 years’ experience in the energy sector across multiple lines of business including Upstream, Downstream, Midstream and Chemicals. She has diverse and extensive experience leading successful teams and consulting leaders through integration and change efforts to improve business results. In her career, she has added value and created tangible results in project management and HR internally inside of organizations as well as through consulting work across multiple companies in North and South America, The United Kingdom and Europe. She has worked in long standing organizations like Shell Oil Company, as well as in start-ups and growing companies in midstream and chemicals. Currently, Kim is the Director of Business and Organizational Transformation for Liquid Power Specialty Products (LSPI) a Berkshire Hathaway company, a global leader in the science and application of drag reduction. She holds a B.S. from University of Alabama in Commerce and Business Administration and an MBA from Loyola University.
