Kim Gramm is the Senior Benefits Manager at Intuit with responsibility for U.S. Health, Welfare, Retirement and Time Away programs.  With more than 20 years of experience, she has worked in partnership with senior leadership to develop long term strategic direction for their Employee Benefit Plans.  She has led all facets of health and welfare benefits, including program strategy, design, compliance, and operations. Kim’s career spans various benefit and compensation management roles across multiple industries, including high tech, healthcare and manufacturing. Most recently she led initiatives to reimagine behavioral health and EAP programs to improve access and affordability.

Kim holds a B.S. in Psychology, and the designations of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP). She has served on several non-profit board of directors, including Columbia Willamette Compensation Group and Women of Wonder. Kim lives in the beautiful state of Washington and enjoys spending time gardening and traveling with her husband and two daughters.
