Kimberlee Pepple is Vice President & Chief Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Officer for Altria Client Services. In her role, Kimberlee has responsibility for the inclusion, diversity and equity work that is central to how Altria will achieve its Vision of responsibly leading the transition of adult smokers to a smoke-free future.

Previously, Kimberlee served as Senior Director, Corporate Responsibility, where she led responsibility strategy, engagement and reporting.

Since joining the Altria family of companies in 2011, Kimberlee has held roles in corporate research, communications, and responsibility roles within Altria Client Services, as well as an operating company role in strategic product innovation. Since 2015, Kimberlee has also held several leadership positions in EAST, Altria’s employee resource group for Asian employees, which she co-chaired for two years.

Prior to joining Altria, Kimberlee worked in the field of strategic communications research, serving a variety of clients from Fortune 500 companies to non-profit organizations.

Kimberlee is a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism, where she earned both a Master of Journalism degree in Strategic Communications and a Bachelor of Journalism degree in Advertising. She also received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, also from the University of Missouri.
