Kimberly has spent more than 15 years across both contingent workforce management and permanent talent attraction. In this time she has consulted with some of the biggest companies globally on strategies to attract, retain, onboard and offboard talent across the globe as well as start ups.

More recently Kimberly has been leading a transformation team in SAP. Her role focuses on the design and implementation of workforce processes relating to contingent labour and services in SAP.
