Kinthi is the Vice President and Partner of IBM’s Strategy and Analytics, Change & Talent Center of Competence team in IBM Global Business Services. In this role she leads a team of seasoned change management consultants to design and deliver large scale change programs for clients worldwide and across IBM internally.
Prior to this, she helped to found and was the VP of IBM’s Organizational Change Management Center of Excellence (COE), an integral part of IBM’s corporate Enterprise Transformation (ET) group, with the responsibility to build IBM’s overall change capabilities to improve the ability to realize business benefits from its own enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Previously, Kinthi served in roles as the Director of Organizational Change Management and the Director of Values and Culture Change, developing initiatives which have enabled business units and leaders worldwide to advance transformational change and IBM’s Values-based culture.
Kinthi has extensive expertise in leading large scale transformational change programs from design to implementation, including culture change, organizational change management, strategic consulting, and leadership development. For over 30 years, Kinthi has been both a line executive and strategic consultant, leading growth and change initiatives in the Technology/Services, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Travel and Transportation, Pharmaceutical and Utilities industries.
Kinthi has an MA in Organizational Psychology, Change Management from Teachers College, Columbia University, a BA in Psychology from Yale University, and an AAS in marketing from the State University of NY, as well as certificates in Advanced Organizational Change from Harvard Business School Executive Education and in Leading Technical Professionals from MIT Executive Education.
