Kristen is a Learning & Development leader at Pinterest, leading the strategy and programs for manager capability development, leadership development, executive coaching and performance management. Kristen is passionate about helping individuals grow their leadership potential while loving their work and life. She has fifteen years of professional experience in organizational effectiveness across industries, specifically with organizations undergoing significant transformations. Kristen is skilled in coaching, facilitation, leadership development, operating model design, change management, and training program design. Kristen has an MBA from Vanderbilt University with a focus in Human and Organizational Performance and is a trained CTI Co-Active Coach. When not working, Kristen enjoys playing soccer with her husband and two young sons or learning how to garden in the beautiful Northern California weather!
