Kjersten Margaret Moody is the Chief Data Officer of Prudential Financial. She joined the company in June 2020.  Her mission is to deliver leading data and analytics capabilities to drive business strategy and contribute meaningfully to Prudential’s business results. 

As a member of the Global Technology Senior Leadership Team, she is responsible for Prudential’s enterprise data and analytics. This includes data management and governance and responsible AI; data, BI and modeling platforms; master data management; and AI solutions including GenAI. Kjersten is a member of the PruVen board, Prudential’s Venture Capital business.  Additionally, Kjersten was the founding CEO of High Peak, a Prudential startup to commercialize our industry-leading medical underwriting AI capability developed in the Individual Life Insurance business. 

Kjersten holds a BA in Economics with Honors from the University of Chicago. She has been recognized by multiple organizations as a Global Top 100 Data Professional each year from 2016 – 2024.
