Kristen Ford, MPH

Kristen Ford, vice president of product innovation and development, is responsible for the product innovation strategy and development activities for behavioral health solutions. Kristen has more than 26 years’ experience within the behavioral health managed care industry and has worked at Magellan for over 12 years. She is an accomplished product innovation leader and a clinician who is passionate about driving human-centered product development that changes lives. Kristen holds a Master’s degree in Public Health, and in social work and is passionate about empowering people to achieve their best health. In her personal life, Kristen is an accomplished musician. She volunteers teaching young children and special needs children, music education.
