Kristen leads benefits strategy, design, governance, compliance, and administration for all North America programs and policies at BD.  She also provides consultation and oversight for Global Benefits.  Kristen recently launched BD’s Global Well-being framework and strategy which is built upon a strong commitment to associate health & well-being, with education, resources and support for associates and their families.   

Kristen joined the Total Rewards team at BD in 2016, leading the advancement of key aspects of Total Rewards strategy and initiatives, including the harmonization of programs and design, critical engagement and education, and implementation related to benefits integration for both the CareFusion and Bard acquisitions. Her efforts aligned a multitude of programs and policies including medical, well-being, leave of absence and retirement plans for over 25,000 associates. 

Kristen values the importance of building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders through effective engagement to address the ever-changing needs of BD and its associates. She is results oriented, innovative, a collaborative problem solver and a dedicated business partner.

Prior to joining BD, Kristen gained significant benefits experience over a period of 17 years in roles of increasing responsibility at Hewitt Associates, Siemens Corporation and Sanofi.
