Kristin Irby is the Global Wellness Leader at Trane Technologies. She is responsible for the strategy, design, and growth of the employee well-being initiatives for a diverse population that includes manufacturing, service, sales, and corporate associates spanning 50+ countries around the globe. She oversees a global network of 200 wellness champions and serves as the enterprise project leader for the Mental Health Steering Committee. Before joining Trane Technologies in 2021, she managed client employer wellness programs for Cigna and HealthFitness and spent several years working in the public health sector. She is a Certified Health Education Specialist and Mental Health First Aider.
