Kristin Rogers is entering her 15th season with the Chicago Bears. She is currently Manager of Employee Experience, which oversees recruiting, hiring, the club’s professional development strategy and culture building efforts. Her role focuses on creating a positive experience and environment for each candidate and employee. Prior to her current role, she helped develop the first dedicated talent acquisition & development efforts within Human Resources. She also spent seven years working with the Bears marketing and corporate partnership teams in various positions. Kristin also worked for the Chicago Blackhawks supporting client services, marketing, events, and game presentation. An Illinois native, Kristin received her MBA and Bachelors in Business Administration from Loyola University’s Quinlan School of Business. She and her husband live in the western suburbs with their two daughters.
