Kristy Kucharczak joined Merck KGaA in Darmstadt in 2013 and currently is the Head of Strategic Talent Management.  In this role, she is responsible for shaping and executing the talent management strategy for the company, including succession planning, talent and leadership development programs, high potential journey, Executive talent reviews and leadership assessments. Kristy has over 20 years of professional experience of delivering value in various Human Resources positions across diverse industries. She holds a Masters’ Degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelors’ Degree in Psychology and History from State University of New York at Geneseo.
