Lacee is currently a Senior Director and Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for BTS USA. She is passionate about helping organizations transform their workplaces into a culture where people can thrive, belong, and do meaningful work. She designs and facilitates innovative DEI solutions for clients that promote intercultural awareness while also growing their capacity for inclusive leadership. Many of her custom-designed DEI training programs are currently being used to support the transformation of leaders at Fortune 100 and 500 Companies.

Based on her love for learning, Lacee has invested in over a thousand hours of training with thought leaders like Dr. Brené Brown and Dr. Judith Glaser to become more emotionally and conversationally intelligent. This expanded awareness has led to her being a sought-after consultant, coach, and facilitator when it comes to building bridges interculturally through courageous conversations and activating the potential of leaders to transform personally and professionally.

Supporting Lacee’s strong commitment to change how leaders and organizations approach DEI, her published articles like “Your DEI Work is Deeper than a Quarterly Goal” help leaders reframe how they think about DEI and measure their progress. She recently co-authored an article published by HBR on how to ensure that your DEI initiatives promote inclusion and not assimilation.
