La Nise Hagan

Chief Human Resources Officer
OneTen

As CHRO of OneTen, La Nise Hagan helps to lead a skills-first movement with companies who believe in a more equitable and inclusive workforce. OneTen aims to hire, promote and advance one million Black talent, and others, without four-year degrees into family-sustaining careers over a period of ten years.

She brings a uniquely analytical perspective to the HR discipline and has thrived in some of the most intensely competitive, dynamic growth environments of the past decade. Often referred to as the ‘glue’ that maintains order amid chaos, she has the leadership ability and gravitas to advance initiatives in turbulent times, combined with the cultural agility to respond quickly to changing economic and political landscapes.

As a champion of diversity and inclusion, La Nise has spearheaded initiatives to cultivate a diverse talent pool and foster innovation. Her dedication to building robust talent pipelines and dynamic career paths has earned her widespread acclaim. Not only does she address immediate hiring needs, but she also lays the groundwork for sustained organizational growth and success.

In addition to her professional endeavors, La Nise serves on the Board of Directors for the Phoenix Center for the Arts and sits on the CHRO Council at The Conference Board.

As a recognized authority on inclusion practices and building an equitable workforce, she has been featured as a panelist at the Fortune Impact Initiative and actively shares her influence as a Top Human Resources Voice on LinkedIn.  Beyond that, she will be featured as a guest speaker at Pfizer’s Discover Summit in NYC along with multiple speaking engagements for The Conference Board.
